Furthermore, freelancer have the flexibility to choose the company who thy want to work with. for example software programmer prefer to work with small company rather then the big one. However, developing a software for a school to help the teachers to deliver the knowledge to the students instate of programming the operating system from the scratch such as windows.

          Secondly, most people believed that freelancing have some benefits but it is also has drawbacks. One of the drawbacks is that all the work should be done individually such as writing a code. Finding a project can not be easy for the freelancer because there are different people in the market with different quality so thy are always compete for on having the projects. 

         In short , as we believed that freelancing can be beneficial it also can have drawback, it is strongly believed that freelancing need hard work , passion and good connection with different company and people. 

First of all, people believed that freelance job are flexible, it is because people can choose the time and the place as they want. For example, for the students that want to work, they could work in evening shift and attend the class in the morning. So, at the same time the students can earn more money and study. Secondly, people do not need to use transport or travel to the office. It is because freelancers can work anywhere they want and it is beneficial for the people that are living far from the company or the city.

Nevertheless, freelance job has disadvantages for the freelancer. Firstly, working anywhere they want might make freelancers feel isolated. It is because freelancers do not meet people or do not communicate face to face in real time.Secondly, freelancers do not get health insurance from company. It is because freelancers do not have contract to a company that sponsored their health insurance.

In conclusion, most people choose freelancing because it is convenience and beneficial espescially for students or teenagers that want to work and study. However, in some reasons freelancing could be inconvenient for people that have better skills in the field. 

Secondly, processed foods may have some drawbacks. In order of improving the taste of the processed food nutrients are removed that to keep it for long time (shelf-life) such as bread, pasta and ready made meals. Moreover it is 

First of all, most of the reasons why a lot of people eat processed foods are because of the convenience. A lot of people do not have enough time to cook or preparing the foods for eating and they can buy the foods everywhere in the supermarket. For example, the students can bring canned foods for their lunch and the students do not need to cook the food. Secondly, people consume processed foods because the foods are cheap. The foods are cheap because it is made in factories and mass produced. Snacks, cookies, soft drinks, and others are the example of processed foods.

However, processed foods have disadvantages that might be harmful for human health. Firstly, people use sugar and salt to extend the shelf life of the foods. It cause low nutrition and people might eat more than the recommended amount of sugar and salt. Moreover, processed foods have variety of flavour and it may cause people overconsumption the foods. It may lead to diabetes and obesity because it contains a lot of sugar and some of people feel lazy to do exercise.

In conclusion, processed foods are helpful for people especially when they are busy. Also, it is available everywhere and have a lot of choice. However, because of the taste, a lot of people overconsume it and it may lead to medical issues.

These days, many people from teenagers to adults live with their parents. Firstly, they believe that living with parents could help them to save money. If they live with parents in a house, they will not have to pay the bills and the rent or they can share the bills with the family members. It is beneficial for them especially if they save money to buy other things such as to a computer, cellphone, or house in the future. Secondly, it is also beneficial for people who are living with their parents when they have illness or health issue. For example, if they have high fever and remain in bed all day, their parents will cook different foods and give medicines, compare with living alone people have to take care of themselves when they are sick. In addition, people also could share the house chores such as cleaning the house, doing the laundry, cooking for the family, and others.

However this could leads to a negative impact working from home can be isolating. it is natural for us to feel alone or lonely when your only dealing with your work at home and there is not much activates for you to do. As a freelancers your income will depend entirely on the amount of work you do your finances are totally in your control 

The first advantage of freelance, freelancers are self-employed. They have freedom to choose location, time and clients. Freelancers can get up and have breakfast while working. Meanwhile, office workers have to get up early then hurry to go to work.  

Secondly advantage, Freelancing doesn’t have the office rule. For example, freelancers don’t have to wear an office uniform. They can wear pajamas while working if they want. They can relax anytime they want. Freelancing doesn’t have a boss watching your screen when you are on Facebook. 

However, Freelancing has disadvantages. Firstly, freelancers don’t have company’s welfare such as an annual medical check-up, provident fund, day off, overtime pay etc. Freelancers have to pay by themselves. 

Moreover, freelancer’s income is unstable, so it is difficult to make their future plan. Some months freelancer might have a lot of works, the next month they mightn’t have any work. 

In conclusion, Freelancing has both advantages and disadvantages. It depends on you that freelancing is suitable for you or not. You should consider both side of freelancing.

There are many more advantages working as a freelancer which depends on why you want to be independent. 

 

On the other hand, there are several downsides to freelance such as lack of secure and stable employment and income. They might sometime doom to face clients who cancel their contracts for no reason or even don’t pay their dues. There are numerous reasons why people can think that nowadays life is easier for young people due to technology and all the information with immediately access. However, technology has given a lot of information and tools that generates more competency for finding a job between young people. For example, many students finish their careers with 21 years old, some of them have double degree, mora than 2 languages and many abilities in computer’s technology. Each time generation is more competitive and creates more anxiety at the moment to find a job. Although technology have help students to learn more, youths are facing more obstacles when looking for a job.

Another key justification for young people having more difficult life than previous generations is social influence. Internet and social media have generated a big pressure in their life styles.  A scientific research in UK have shown that people aged 16 to 24 spend around 34.3 hours per week in their phones (Hymas, 2018). This means that 4 hours per day are spent online consuming information about how their bodies should be, what activities they should practice and where they should go. This information can increase depression and anxiety among them, which make more difficult to focus and fit in the society.

In conclusion, in the Information Age young people are facing different problems than older generations, it is directly related with technology and how many tools and information can be overwhelming for their own development.

It is found that the Internet is the main factor of that new perception toward mental health. Students reported searching the Internet to identify self-care strategies, alternative therapies, and information related to nutrition and fitness (Rennis, McNamara, Seidel, Shneyderman, 2015).

 

Meanwhile, nutrition has an enormous impact on quality of life, noticeably nutritional information has become more accessible nowadays compering to senior generations when they were at the same age as younger generations. For example, restaurants are required to declare calorie amounts on their menu by law in many countries. Correspondingly, affordable access to the internet has increased awareness of nutritional information and other related dietary practices.

Firstly, this procreation has got access to hospitals and medical centers which can help a lot to mold mankind’s life. For instance, dental surgeons help society to modify their face structure and can get their desired shape which can get them satisfied with oneself. This was not possible before as the equipment were not available back then.  

Secondly, in education stratum, world has grown so rapidly that today anyone from anywhere can get access to information they want. For example, society these days are getting every type of aid from the web and can enhance their ability to understand things precisely. Other information related to any topic can be obtained either for study, research work or science. Possibly for past progeny, it was not feasible.

On other hand some people believe that, traditional individuals had better quality of life as contrast to chili-ad. For illustration, the ambiance they lived in was as clean as crystal while now it’s full of deterioration. Soil was way clearer then now so basically the trait has been really affected. 

In closure, I accept that having better medicare and access to internet can make lives of millennial's easier than former procreation. Young generations have many pros and due to new techniques. Its way more effortless life then before.

 

Nowadays, the world is encountering the difficult situation such as the virus, the economic depression and the competition for working or studying. People who are working in economic system nowadays - known as “Millennials” - need to compete for the best job or access to the best school, therefore, that Millennials have harder life than the older generation.  

Cost of living is increasing at the fastest rate in 10 years (CBS News, 2018). For this reason, millennials require more opportunity to live in present so world economy in the past is better than now that people in that day could make money easier.  

  On the other hand, there are several difficulties for juveniles in terms of psychological due to more competitive and consumerist life understanding. Most of younger try to keep up with modern life’s requirement especially due to social media and sometimes many succumb to these exterior influences and have psychological disease. To illustrate that, while each old generation person have same possession due to lack of technology, another invention is introduced every new day which causes some problems. Suffice it say that, only disadvantages of recent life is in terms of psychological for the younger that can be overcome.
 
 Taking everything into consideration, while recent generation own such a things namely good educations standart, immense transportation network, easy accessible abundance of information, numerous developed techonology, we have to ask ourselves that , what if we did not have these conveniences that we have, would we accept that old generation had an easier life.

 

Firstly, I prefer working in a team because team work allows a person to work according to his or her strength. Since the group members apply their strong sides to the work, the completion time will be faster. For instance, when i studied in university i had a lot of project, each of us does a different piece of work on the team and another friend of mine made the presentation of our project to the professor. To be more precise, we did a good job, because we divided the work according to our strong sides.

 

Another reason why I prefer to work with a group is that I think that this type of work establishes a better relationship between the team members. As humans, socialization is important for us and working with a team gives us a chance to improve our relationship. When people are in a team, they have to communicate with each other at each step of the process. Thanks to the project, we did build a good relationship among each other, and we are still in touch.

 

Lastly, team work improves the sense of responsibility. All group members are aware that their performance affects the group, so all group members try to do their best and work hard to get better results. For example, if you are strong on any part of the group you will get that part to do your best.

 

In conclusion, working with a team makes the things easier and helps the people work more happily. If we take into account all these factors, we may reach the conclusion that working in a group has more advantages than working alone.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
Generation Y or better known as millennial generation is the generation that was born when technology was developing rapidly.  The presence of computers, video games, gadgets, and smartphones connected to internet sophistication makes it easy for this generation to get information quickly and so on. With better education than the previous generation, this generation can be said to be full of visionary ideas, innovative to give birth to knowledge and mastery of science and technology.  They tend to be ambitious at work.  In addition to office work, some also open their own businesses to succeed.  They have a high entrepreneurial spirit. The balance of lifestyle and work becomes the most important thing for Generation Y. Therefore, they tend to look for work that can support their lifestyle.  If not, they tend to quit the job. Because born in the era of globalization, millennial generation tends to be consumptive.  They spend a lot of money they have to buy the latest gadget, buying new vehicles, traveling, shopping, and culinary.  However, they began to realize the importance of property for families, therefore many of them also took House Ownership Credit(long-term loans from banks that are given to costumers specifically for the purchase of residential homes) or Unsecured Loans(short-term loans from banks for costumers in the form of cash) for houses or apartments.

 
The conclusion is that the millennial generation chose many investments that could increase its wealth to be more than today. This generation is aware that saving money will not add to their assets, still investing can help them achieve financial freedom.

   Looking at the advantages, this process prepares students for business life. Hence, right after graduation, newly graduated find a job quickly or have a professional job already in their field. The student working in business life gain a sense of responsibility and improve their time management, and earning money is merely a byproduct.

   As for disadvantages, the students who are working might miss some lectures and events out. They might not benefit sufficiently. Students in business life might have lower marks than other students who are not in business life and keep away from school social life.

  To sum up, if both working and studying life could be managed properly, this would be the best way for all learners. Unless this is not an obligation, studying while working can teach a range of information and have experimentation.

On the other hand, there are more threats, challenges and difficulties than benefits are there. Firstly, there is a high expense, because not every activity can support TV, radio or even newspaper advertisement costs. Secondly, it finds it difficult to monitor the research results accurately. Additionally, it often requests for diverse, professional, supportive and large teams. Finally, Imposed upon the consumer. For instance, when watching football matches on TV, like commercial advertisements. 

In conclusion, to all the negative aspects of the marketing process, but marketing tends to boost the global popularity of the product or service. In contrast, a dangerous product, such as soft drinks, energy drinks or alcohol, could still be marketed because of its marketing success.  

First of all, it is generally that living with parents can give some benefits. One of these is financial aspect which is able to save more money than living alone. Because most of parents pay a living cost for their children who are even already an adult. Another advantatage is that it is considerably more traditional way that it gives an opportunity to make close-knit family. Apparently, this leads to help their family invisible way. For instance, parents will need children’s support for physically and mentally. However, it could be argued that there is main drawback, too. The problem is parents may force their children to do something which is related to housework or benefit for them. In my experience, as parent made some strict house rules, such as getting home by 9pm, doing some housework everyday, this encouraged to live with them.

Whereas, it is fact that living own has also positives and negatives. Firstly, Since youngers can do whatever they want and make own rules, they feel more freedom than living with their parents. Moreover, they can be independent so that they have to learn how to manage their lives that It brings them self development. On the other hand, It is reality that someone might lose their self discipline and be slack. All in all, although living alone has negatives, it is more important to get skills, which are to control theirselves, in the future. 

In conclusion, despite both states mentioned above have positives, it appears that the more benefits that lives alone effects on their life and makes them Improved as an adult. It should be said that youngers have experienced that living themselves.

Firstly, the popular tough of young people when it comes to living alone is having fun, completely freedom, and the most important, to finish being under their parents decisions and judgment. However, this is not the real life. All of this ideas  are just a minimum part of what really this lifestyle involves. 

Actually, living alone means being full of responsibilities like paying your bills, tying your house up, and also cooking and doing everything by yourself that you are not use to do when you live in your parents house due to they do almost everything for you. But despite of having all of this responsibilities and tasks, this is also going to be a growing experience for your personal and professional life because you are going to start to think about your necessities and that allows you to think about your future plans and prospects without your parents help and supervision. 

In my opinion, having an independence life is better than being under your parents care because that is a big step in order to make you capable to go throw every situation that life has for you and to use that to grow up and become a better person over the time. 

 

First of all, if I am freelancer, I can spend a lot of my time, control schedule and I can make a lot of money according to my ability, but compared to a stable job, I think they are gambling too much in their life because freelancer have unstable a regular income and future is uncertain. If they really want to do many things, they have to do one thing perfectly and the next. Also you regret that if you don't work for a long time, you will be annoyed and will be wrong. Thus it is necessary for all the people. Another reason is that freelancers have their own rules, so if they finish freelancers and enter a company, it will be hard to adapt to the group.

In conclusion, freelancers can get a lot of rewards based on their ability, but when they fail, they have too many problems and too many competitors.

First of all, it is extremely agreed that some employees have fiercely complaints about their working hours, payment and relationships to their colleagues and employers. Apparently, some of these problems will be solved to be a freelancer since they can run the business themselves. In other words, they are allowed to do a job whatever, whenever and wherever they want. Furthermore, they are able to select relationships who work with and customers as well.  Secondly, it could be true that they can concentrate on pursuing their passion which is their dream too. However, in the beginning of the project, they have to take a big responsibility to manage everything themselves such as planning a project, scheduling, setting a meeting, financing and some sort of things. Although it is utterly challenging and at risk, it is worth shouldering the responsibility and risk because there will be a strong achievement, which ever have had, after achieving the project. Moreover, it could get more income than employees. So they value their job rather than employers do. It is fascinating to value themselves and they could feel much fun.

In conclusion, it appears that the benefits that freelancers gain many skills people need, to get over this current situation and be independent. The reason being, they are always challenging and creating something new in their own lives through the business. All in all, I completely agree with being a freelancer.

However, it may be argued that there are several drawbacks, too. Firstly, human relationships become shallow, particularly neighbours because of changing life-style. In the past, people used to care and help each other, conversely, due to technological improvement, they use the internet to be connected with instead of having face-face. Secondly, it could be said that the city contributes to seperate people affluent and pover. Some rich people can live in sky-scrapers on the other hand, other people live in places where they save money as much as they can or a few people might become homeless. Additionally, it may cause some crimes and make the city run-down. Therefore, it is clear that the city could potentially cause several problems.

In conclusion, despite the advantages mentioned above, it appears that drawbacks that living in the city can cause a serious problem of human relationship, which is supporting each other. People should realise how important it is and take back again. 

Firstly, your coworkers could gossip behind you. This is the most common issue in any community. This could make lost trust from coworkers. Trust is very significant to relationship. 

Secondly, It may make coworkers slack. Being comfortable with your coworkers could occur low productivity. Workers needs to be concentrated and professional. This issue also could be effect to the company. 

In conclusion, having friendships at work is having merits. For example, it can raise productivity and motivation. Also, it can raise productivity. However, working is more like battlefield. Workers are need to be more concentrated and professional about their work.

It also has a direct negative impact on productivity. It may cause a lack of proper distinction between those who do their work on time and properly and those who are lazy in their work. This harms the rights of those who do their job properly. Taken together, it can put the company in a very difficult situation. 

Consequently, in both senses, advantages and disadvantages, results are possible. A balanced path should be followed in determining which working principle is more suitable for the workplace. As a result of the observations, whichever is more suitable for the workplace, that work style should be preferred.

 

Living in cities gives people great opportunities; however, this can be thought as disadvantages. Since there are numerous chances and choices in cities, people are always seeking for a better chance and it will make people are never satisfied their current lives. It has happened to myself; I used to live in Tokyo and I would always try not to miss opportunities. On one hand, It was great that I could improve myself; on the other hand, I became tired from the life which required me my consistent efforts. This is one of reasons why a certain number of individuals in cities returns to rural areas. In addition, despite they can have more connections with varied people, residents in cities tend to have a weaker bond in a local community because the majority of them are people living alone or nuclear families. 

 

In summary, while living in cities is beneficial because there are lots of opportunities for education, work and connecting with other people, the opportunities could be disadvantages.
