It is very important because most of the authors based thier novels and get ideas from tragic events from the world, also by the information that they have they can formulate an hipotical way of solving it with a dystopian.

2. How do we approach texts from different times and cultures to our own?
depending on the era people tend to have diffrente opinions based on what society thing . Because of peer pressure people tend to have a same reaction, but by the time that time happens and somethings become not normal and other thing become normalized the perpepective can change.

3. To what extent do texts offer insight into another culture?
By the injection of diferent cultures and diferent traditions that can be introduced in the text. That's why we must read histirical books, because it let us expand our perspective, knoladge and analysis.

When a book is brand new, with topics that are sensitive in a era where it is not accetable, the impact and the mining can rise because is something new, but when time happens and it is weel now known by society the meaning doesnt change , neither  the impact, because it becomes a important text that must be known by society, ehan do changes is like the boom bceuase it is no more brand new
