Knowledge transfer is more than just communication or training, it is putting knowledge into words and visuals that can be shared, it improves collaboration, and is the ability to apply the information.

"An effective knowledge transfer strategy combines technology, culture, measurement, and infrastructure in order to share knowledge across multiple areas in your organization" (Brown, 2019).

How do we measure the success of knowledge transfer?

• Arriving at consistent targets, objectives, principles and strategies for the group. 
• Tests, quizzes, or questions in the form of a Kahoot could measure success.
