It felt like we were having the same conversation each PLC meeting, on the same topics, with no updates. If we can commit to discussing 1-2 main points each meeting and have action items to take away, I think we can have more progress through conversations.

PLCs always felt redundant with same kids being discussed each week and taking a majority of the time. It would be good to limit the kid talk so we can discuss action items and strategies/practices.
