         <description><![CDATA[<p> MIT was established in 1861, with the approval of the V. B. Rogers and Vostokova society of natural history of the Charter on the opening of this institution. The country needed at that time in specialists of the highest category, and William Rogers intends to make radical changes in the system of higher education. First, he drew attention to the educational value of useful knowledge, as well as the need of education through a combination of humanitarian and professional Sciences. MIT's philosophy was based on the understanding, perception and knowledge of basic scientific principles.</p>]]></description>
