Bungalows

• A bungalow is a small house or cottage that is only single-story,^[1] and may be surrounded by wide verandas

• Bungalows were first introduced into Singapore and Malaya by the British in the 1830s. The early versions of the bungalow were largely one-storey and had timber floors elevated on brick piers or timber posts to allow air circulation underneath.

  
  

• The term bungalow is derived from the word bangla and used elliptically to mean "a house in the Bengal style"

• On a per unit of area basis (e.g. per square meter or per square foot), bungalows are more expensive to construct than two-story houses, because the same foundation and roof is required for a smaller living area

•  minimum plot size of 400 square metres, with a minimum width of 10 metres. The site coverage cannot be larger than 50%.

Hdb flats

• Based on the above breakdown, it can be seen that the majority of Singapore residents (77.9%) live in HDB flats.

• One of the most common HDB BTO flat types is the 4-room flat, which offers a comfortable living space for young couples and families. With 3 bedrooms, there is adequate space for rest and play.

• Blocks 45, 48 & 49 Stirling Road are  were the first few blocks of flats completed in October 1960, just months after the Housing and Development Board (HDB) was formed in February 1960.

Landed property

• Landed property is Singapore's real estate peak. If you own landed property in Singapore, you have reached the top rungs of society's ladder.

• the current average cost of landed property in Singapore is around $2.5 million to $5 million for terraced houses, $3 million to $8 million for semi-detached houses, and $5 million to $15 million or more for bungalows.

Condo

•  A condominium or condo is an individually own residential unit in a complex or buildent of like units. Condo owners own their units but share common space maintenance cost  amenities and the upkeep of common spaces.

• The average size of a one-bedroom condo is approximately 500 to 700 square feet. The average size of a three-bedroom condo is approximately 1,200 to 1,500 square feet

• Completed in 1974, Beverly Mai is commonly known as Singapore's first condominium. Built at the cost of S$4 million, the 28-storey tower at Tomlinson Road had a site area of 7,230 sq m and was designed by Timothy Seow & Partners (now known as ids studio).
