Therefore I would like to use my DPS year to explore printmaking and gain skills and experience in screenprinting and risograph.

Some studios I have listed as of interest include:

Thames-side Print Studios 
Duplikat Press 
Rabbit Road Press 
3rd Rail Clothing
(is advertising postitions on creative opportunities, which I want to apply to).

In order to maximise my chances of connecting with them, I will: 

🐀focus on creating an even wider portfolio of printmaking work using facilities at LCC, and showcasing that work
🐀speak to technicians at LCC, see if they can give me any advice. 

🐀tailor each CV and portfolio copy to the 
 studio/position

It is something I see myself doing in the future, so might as well try it now. I would want to do illustration work and one-off graphic design work. preferrably for smaller companies, startups or charities.

I will do this by
🐀making the most of the Underpinned Freelance course
🐀making sure my webiste, social media outlets and linkedin are used to the best of their potential.
🐀trying my best to improve my networking skills

I want to create a body of work that I will exhibit in the DPS year. Hoping to land a group show in London ideally.

I will do this by 
🐀refining my practice/style and creating more work 
🐀improving networking skills/making most of existing connections 
🐀going to small gallery openings/private views 
🐀applying to open calls
