However being a 3 hours class and in the evening it seems very long and slides can also be long which make it hard to fully focus after few hours. I personally think that it would be better if we could not have a break and finish earlier.

The lecturers are knowledgeable and the content of the module is very relevant to what goes on in practice so its easy to relate the theory to our potential HR jobs. Looking forward to the skills element as a means of developing workshop facilitation skills. I think streamlining the number of slides would be beneficial. If there is other content that we should be aware of / reading we should do, it might be valuable to pop it in a separate tab. The effect of the slides at present is that some students worry that there is material we are not covering. Looking forward to the skills day as I feel it will be enjoyable and very practical. I would recommend doing something about the slides. There is a lot of information and it was a while into the module before we were told that a lot of the slides are just extra material. Having this separate to the slides but clearly marked would be better. Preparation for the class test was thorough & tutors have been helping with the prep for the group skills-based assessment, so I am looking forward to seeing how those training/ coaching sessions go, I feel they will be valuable to reflect on and learn from for the future in the workplace.

It is good that lecturers try to make the class as enagaging and interesting as possible by adding or sharing personal  experiences. The lectures so far have allowed me to explore new  avenues and to apply some of the knowledge in practice. They also allowed me to see how ''it all makes sense now''. 

I like how we have skills practice in this module as well and looking forward! 

The slides are very long and sometimes we skip slides or go through them pretty quickly, which makes us worry as if we miss some material or unable to understand it very well. 
The overall lecture seems too long too and I tend to lose concentration after few hours. The break works for me, but I would prefer to get home earlier.

However we seem to be doing too much lecturing rather than practical aspects. Learning from doing works better. Would rather focus more on assessments etc.
