Answer For Diel's (181214136) Question

All right, Diel. Thank you for asking. I will answer your questions.

1. No, they’re not the same thing. Classical music and instrumental music are different. Classical music it can be said is a genre of music. Classical music is referring to the classical period (the 1700s-1910s). Instrumental music is just music without any voices involved.

2. I thought it might be possible for Indonesian schools to play classical music during study hours. Because as we know, there are still many learning systems in Indonesia where the interaction is one-way. Monotonous learning in class can cause boredom in students. By playing classical music in class, schools can create a more conducive learning atmosphere.

As for my experience, I often play classical songs while studying or doing assignments because I feel relaxed and can think clearly when listening to classical music during study hours.

3. No, I put the topic of therapy for students with special needs to support my research paper. The focus of my research paper is on the benefits of listening to classical music for students.

Presenter:
Caroline F. 181214139

Answer for Vinca's Question

1. What is the reason of making you research paper? Why you choose that topic?
- So I made a research paper and I chose "Plastic Causes Water Pollution In Oceans and Rivers" as my topic because of several reasons.
• First reason, this Research paper is the only way to show my restlessness/anxiety about the impact of using plastic on our environment. Nowadays a lot of people use plastic, they see the plastic as a very useful item, however, plastic also has a disadvantage, which is not environmentally friendly.

• The second reason is plastics threaten marine and river animal populations. Plastic caused millions of animals are killed by plastic every year.

• The third reason, plastic polluted sea and river water. Many rivers have an unpleasant smell and many oceans are covered by plastics. Those things caused disaster and losses for humans.
Many people need to know that plastics are the enemy of our environment

2. In introduction you give us some info but there is no goals that more specific. Explain your goals.
• The goal of my research topic is I want to make people aware of the dangers of using plastic or plastic waste for the earth, especially for our oceans and rivers.
• The purpose of this study is to make people realize that plastic becomes the enemy of the oceans and rivers.
• Readers are expected to know the effects of plastic waste on the environment
• Readers are expected to reduce plastic usage

3. Do you think it is possible for us to reduce pollutants or the use of plastic in our lives?
Bery possible, Humans can reduce pollutants by reducing plastic use. Nowadays a few people prefer to bring a bag/ cloth bag. use cloth bags or reusable bags to bring something, the cloth bag can replace the function of plastic.
The second thing that you can replace is single use plastic such as straw. Stainless straw is one option that can reduce single-use plastics.

Ludowikus Adhe Hyra (181214118)

Hello Nelchyyyy. Thank you for asking and giving comments about the presentation I did earlier. Here are the answers:
1. If unhealthy food means ultra-processed, contain chemical additives and flavor enhancers, the answer is yes. Unhealthy food affects our moods. For example:
- Carbonated drinks
(contain simple sugar)
such as: cola, soda, -ade
Effects: bloating and stomach problem that lead to sleepiness and restlessness
- Processed meats
(contain nitrates)
such as in: beef jerky, hot dog, sausage, salami
Effects: abnormal feeling, irregular sleeping patterns (insomnia), hyperactivity
-Trans fat
(contain dTFA)
such as in: margarines, shortenings
Effects: behavioral irritability, aggression, impatience

Tips to manage mood with food:
1. Eat regularly (do not skip breakfast, have light and well-balanced meals)
2. Stay hydrated (drink 6-8 glasses of water a day)
3. Eat/drink fruits (produce happy hormones like dopamine and serotonin)
4. Manage caffeine (better to choose the decaffeinated versions of tea, coffee, cola)
5. Avoid eating too much simple sugar (cakes, cookies, biscuits)(Mind, 2020)

2. From my opinion, the relationship between food and mood are not precisely influential because it deals with our current situation. If our food is healthy enough, but there is something happens, and makes us sad, food will not help much. However, if the sad and depressed feelings are too overwhelming and we are craving for desserts (sweet things) or fast food (processed meats), the feelings will get worse. Therefore, I conclude that the feelings are exist before we begin to eat and some foods are triggering our hormones and enzymes which cause to the mood swings positively and negatively. :) :)

Hello Rico! I am Kidung. Thank you for your curiosity towards my topic.

1. Yes, those types of plastics are certainly useful and needed in order to develop future technology and maintaining the necessity of products nowadays. The thing that has to be underlined is that we as a human must be wise and aware of the utilization of the plastics. By doing the steps which I explained for daily usage, I think we could thrive to the future. Being aware to the negative effects make us wiser in using the resource and create effective and safe cycle for plastic usage.

2. Yes, surely at the young age, children are not as aware as the adults. As the one who supervise the current and future younglings, we must inform these basics information on avoid, substitute, and be aware. We surely cannot supervise the younglings all the time, but informing and educating them about the danger of the plastics little by little, will be beneficial and important for their future. If the movement not started by the young generation, who else will?

Hello, Vivi ! Thank you for the question:
1.	I try to answer your question. In my opinion, the solution to overcome this problem is to provide comprehensive education for medical personnel, hospital institutions, and also the community. The enforcement of medical waste management regulations for health agencies needs to be tightened. Also, the government must provide a special land for processing medical waste so that medical waste does not mix with domestic waste.
Then, for the community, the government should give education to community especially for residents who work as scavengers, about the equipment that must be used when sorting things such as the use of gloves, glasses and masks. This is to avoid scratching hands by medical waste, contaminating used medical waste fluids, or inhaling harmful gases from used medical waste.
2.	For question number two. Yes, I face difficulty in making this research paper, because I found problem in searching journals about the impact of arbitrary medical waste disposal on human health in Indonesia because not many researchers have conducted research on impact of arbitrary medical waste disposal on human health. To overcome that problem, I am looking for other journals that are still related to my topic and try writing various keywords on Google when searching for journals.

Presenter: Naomi Kartika 181214137
