How many muscles do you use on a daily basis?

Everyday we use all of our muscles. There is 640 muscles in our body and the hardly ever work alone. They usually work in teams to pull, tilt, and twist several bones at once. As one part moves, such as when you hold your arm out sideways, muscles in the other parts need to work too. Your back and front muscles tense to take the strain, and your leg muscles shift weight to keep you balanced. The result is a smooth, coordinated movement, without you falling over.

Why do you exercise and eat right but don't loose weight?

Your body needs energy (calories) to burn energy. You could exercise everyday and still maintain that weight and be unhealthy. You need to change for workout, your body will adjust. You wont see results unless you challenge yourself. You need to monitor your heart rate, different heart rate zones detect how well your body is burning fat and using fuel when you exercise. The way your body changes food into oxygen into energy is your metabolism. Men loose fat quicker than women.
