         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Login to the <a href="http://www.fraudlabspro.com/"><strong>FraudLabs Pro</strong></a> Merchant Control Panel.</div><div>2. Click on the New Transaction menu.</div><div>3. Enter the order details, e.g. IP address, customer information, shipping information, billing information and so on.</div><div>4. Click on the Create button.</div><div>5. Click on the Transaction <a href="http://www.fraudlabspro.com/articles"><strong>Search menu</strong></a> and search for the order that you have just created.</div><div>6. Click on the details icon to view the transaction details.</div><div>7. You can repeat the test as many times as possible within the allowed query limit. </div>]]></description>
