They might suggest small changes like adding handrails in the bathroom, using a shower seat, or rearranging her kitchen so things are within easy reach. These changes would make it safer and easier for Hilary to move around and stay independent.</p></li></ol><p><br/></p><ol start="2"><li><p>The occupational therapist could work alongside Hilary to practise things like getting dressed, preparing meals, or using special equipment. They might show her simpler ways to do things or provide tools that make tasks easier.  For example, adapted cutlery or easy-to-use buttons. This helps overcome physical and cognitive barriers enabling Hilary to perform tasks safely.</p><p>2.Hilarys occupational therapist can help her conserve energy if she is doing jobs to fast and learn more efficient ways to save energy and do jobs around the house.</p><p>This helps Hilary be involved in activities without feeling tired or exhausted.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
