 helps in innovation and new thinking for the development of the country.
6.Poverty should be eradicated by providing  measures asper.
7.Unemployement should be wiped  out completely by providing eligible job opportunities to the citizens by government. 
8.Educate the citizen about mutual respect between sexes,this shall cut down crimes and rapes.

In democracy the leaders should not show discrimination towards anyone based on their religion, rich or poor, etc.Even people should obay the rules and regulations of democracy.
