After reading this article I find it very interesting that scientists created this survey in order to better understand humans psychological, emotional and physical experience was like during the covid-19 pandemic. I like the fact that people from all around the world came together in order to transmite the survey and make the results more accurate and precise. Results showed how people actually suffered consequences from facing this pandemic. Some suffered physically, others mentally, etc. Other noticed changes in themselves and their behaviors. I Think hits really important to be aware of this changes and acknowledge them in order to reduce their effect.

The article presents an analysis of the impact of COVID-19 on individuals' mental health. Researchers collected demographic data and assessed various aspects of mental well-being, such as feelings of loneliness during the pandemic. This survey was designed to gain a deeper understanding of the psychological, emotional, and physical experiences of individuals during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Unsurprisingly, the results revealed the diverse ways in which people were affected by the pandemic, with some experiencing physical health challenges while others faced mental health issues. Many individuals noted changes in their behavior and self-perception.

As the paper explains, Covid-19 impacted people from multiple aspects. While on the surface it was clear that many people's physical health was in danger, people suffered economically and psychologically. Covid-19 exposed a lot of insecurities and created instability. From people not knowing when they would be able to return to work, to students not knowing when they would return to school. Many of us shared similar experiences, however each to different extents and to different magnitudes. For a country like the US the lockdowns resulted in a lot of backlash, however they were not as severe as the lockdowns that took place in China.

Throughout the article, we read about the reports of an international study done to try and gain some insight of how the world was affected mentally by the Covid-19 lockdowns. The study showed how different people were affected, both physically and mentally. I personally knew a couple of people that struggled a lot through all of the lockdowns, so I think it would be interesting to see what their responses would’ve been to this study to compare with the rest of the world, just to get a benchmark for what I know.
