1.      The participants should log into eCheckin using their de-identified name and most
of them are NOT doing this.
2.      If they sign in with their real name, the PSR will need to get the de-identified name from
the requisition or the order on their phone and search for the hold order via Order 
Entry using this information.  The de-identified name must be typed in exactly as 
it is on the requisition, including the dashes between the numbers.
3.      This is the format of the de-identified name:
An example is: 488-548-7057, 7057  
The order is a normal requisition, Single Accessioned to the main laboratory.
