1. youth exchanges for beginners
2. youth exchanges for experience (increasing quality)
3. youth exchanges for youth workers and young people as participants together

this is the beginning - we might actually bring all the trainers together to sort this out (residentially or online) so that there would be a module with a script that would be approachable for all the trainers... then we wouldn't be bound by e.g. that only this team of trainers can do this training etc.]]> 2022-09-28 14:19:35 UTC https://padlet.com/domagoj_moric/open_agenda/wish/2317599740 Good discussions about hosting issues eufisland https://padlet.com/domagoj_moric/open_agenda/wish/2317608871 Issues of NA's for hosting (are similar as the hosting issues of the KMST trainings).  Some would like to host but there's a jungle of rules and regulations, resource issues, staff not capable of doing the work (either missing know-how or no time for that), exhausting for Programme officers, outsourcing issues.

We are hoping that there might be a possibility to buy a complete package from someone (maybe SALTO) where the NA's hosting would only have to:
1. procure a hotel/venue
2. facilitate or procure transportation from airport to hotel and back
3. pay for the complete package (trainers etc.)
