Utdaning: På de syriske universitetene er den syriske jenta i samme bane med menn, og de sitter sammen på samme plass uten rasistisksekterisk eller skill mellom studentene.
I 2011 deltok 13,1% av syriske kvinner i arbeidsstyrken,sammenlignet med 71,6% av menn. Det betyr at kvinner kan oppnår stor velstand i mitthjemmeland.
Kvinner må bidra til arbeidskraften for å bygge et vellykket samfunn uten rbeidsløst.Før mange syriske kvinner har kjempet kriger over hele landet som zanobia, alkansaa og andre kvinner.
Mange historier pålagt av krisen vevde en bok om ofre for syriske kvinner som ikke stoppet lenge siden tid hvordan å etterligne zanobia den syriske kvinnen var og  fremdeles mor og søster og datter i hele Syria.
Det er ordsprog i Syria er ( bak enhver stor mann en kvinne.)

I 1976 de begynte kvinners deltakelse i departementet som en er departementet for kultur og har en annen posisjon er departementet for høyere utdanning. I 1991 stater jobb på arbeidsdepartementet i 2002 ble lov på gratis og opplæring for ni år og avsluttes med en eksamen som innvilget utdanning.
