Any balanced diet should have them and in the case of the fruit diet what it proposes is that, during those three days, these are the only foods that are ingested.&nbsp;<br><br>Whether in juice or other, the important thing is that the five meals of the day are composed of varied and seasonal fruits.<br><br>I recommend fruits such as apple, pear, papaya or strawberry.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
