Malala is seen as a "truly Radical Change Agent" because

Even though Malala was shot and had risked so much she stills fights for whats right and that was 'girls rights for education.'
Malala had several school friends and they were all on there way home on the school bus. A gunman entered their school bus and Malala was demanded to come forward. Malala was shot with one bullet going through her head, neck and shoulder. Malala survived the shot but was left in a terrible condition. Even though Malala was attacked and despite all of her death threats she continues to fight for whats right.

How has her work encouraged a more open-minded view on situations rather than a close-minded and controlled view?

Malala's work has encouraged a more open-minded by:

- letting everyone know that we have to fight for our own independence. in her united nations speech from 2013
"Dear fellows, today I am focusing on women’s rights and girls’ education because they
are suffering the most. There was a time when women social activists asked men to stand
up for their rights. But, this time, we will do it by ourselves. I am not telling men to step
away from speaking for women’s rights rather I am focusing on women to be
independent to fight for themselves."
for the whole speech press this link
(http://www.un.org/News/dh/infocus/malala_speach.pdf)

- she tried fighting for what she believed was right in a more suitable, loving and peaceful way rather then hatred. If Malala used hatred to get her way it would have ended with hatred coming back at her in a really negative way and the results of her attempt to fight for girls rights to education wouldn't have gone right.

- Lastly, Malala showed everyone that that fear shouldn't stop people from fighting this and not stop other women stop from fighting for equal rights. Malala showed this very clearly by getting shot through the head and shoulder by the Taliban for fighting for what was right and still surviving to this day fighting. Malala still continues to this day showing everyone that we shouldn't be imitated by violence and tourist groups such as the Taliban.

Malala has challenged whats been happening in their world in many ways but mainly in one big way and thats by her simply not giving up on fighting for girls rights on education. Malala hasn't accepted the fact that girls don't have rights for education and she wants to fight for it not caring about the risks and the negative impacts she puts herself into.
The Taliban have seen this threat and tried to kill her in front of all her friends and by Malala surviving this attack it shows that she is even stronger to fight for girls rights to education, Malala will never show them signs of her being afraid or backing down for her rights. As Malala has seen first hand on what minimal education can do later in life as her mum never had education as they are not allowed and seeing that with her own eyes made her more powerful into helping women to get education.

Malala has taken many wonderful and impacting risks in a positive way, one of her risks was her giving a speech in 2008 called "how dare i let the Taliban take away my basic right to education." Malala put out what she believed in and took the risk of the Taliban figuring out it was her which means they would see Malala as a threat and would lead to many consequences. On the 9th of October Malala got shot by a gunman from Taliban while on hr way home from school, Malala got shot in the head, neck and shoulder. The attempt of murder left her unconscious in critical condition and left heaps of people in anger, disbelief and a lot of support for Malala. The attempt of murder stories had been published world wide.

Malala offended the Taliban and saw her as a big threat, the Taliban have policies on the treatment of woman that would basically be considered as highly illegal in majority of the world country, and because Malala had been fighting against their forces in public, so the Taliban thought they needed to get rid of her by murder. Even though the consequence was bad it didn't stop her fighting for her rights, it actually made her more powerful to speak and more determined to fight for what she thought was right and she believed that she could change how things were.
