The theory behind ways of learning, how people actually absorb information particularly in connection with the neurodivergent students is an area of interest for me and is fascinating to study. Being a reflective practitioner is important and feedback from line managers and tutors etc is very useful. Study, for me at least, is a bit of a challenge and finding the time to actually do the work on top of actual 'working work' presents its own problems in terms of getting assignments in on time. I tell my students endlessly 'do you think you have hit the brief?' I need to work systematically when writing my assignments, not be in a rush, (see, forward planning element of course 😁) and when in class listen carefully to David and to how others approach writing assignments. I took notes that seemed to cover & repeat themselves maybe in future I will try to make notes relevant to each criteria (self reflection for note to self !) .
