The Microteaching process is a 6-step process, that can be seen as one of the most valuable teaching methods and methods for improvement, allowing teachers the opportunity to better their own abilities and skills through the process of teaching, obtaining feedback, and reteaching using the feedback provided (Simwa, 2017).

I found this experience to be one of great insightfulness. This task gave me the opportunity to work alongside my peers, to better my planning and delivery of a lesson introduction. I received helpful, informative, and constructive feedback that I was able to use to better my overall delivery of the lesson introduction. I was fond of this process, as it provided me with the opportunity to teach, reflect on my teaching, and thereafter ultimately better my delivery. Overall, I found this task to be helpful, beneficial, and insightful.
