Two things he said that are important to me are resume creation and interview preparation. After listening to this talk I already know how to prepare a resume well as we need to use the right font like Arial and put personality colours to attract attention.  Also, we don’t have to put the full address to maintain security.  We need to put a suitable profile picture such as wearing decent attires and avoid passport pictures. He said we do not need to put confidential info such as ic number, race, hobby, link to social media accounts, and so on. The second thing he said that is important to me is in interview preparation we need to study the job description, draft answers to common questions (we need memories answers), make sure to prepare document property, study about company background or background of interviewers, and others.

I will use the machine gun strategy to find my own job because I can send as many applications to many companies this will increase my chances of being called for the interview and this strategy also can increase awareness among employers about my own availability to work.
