It is unrealistic to commit to providing classroom lessons and on-going 1:1 or small groups with 1 counselor for 760+ students. Managing situations and prioritizing immediate needs has lead to not being able to meet with students on a regular basis. The majority of the time, the "highfliers" or specific classrooms are the ones that are consuming the counselors time.
