A fire bell system will be repaired on next Thursday, at 14.00.

The security staff from Southern Security will be caring out this work and it will need to test the bell on several occasions.

The repair work will take about two hours.

During the security staff are repairing the system, staff can ignore the fire bell. Security staff will immediately go to each office and tell people to leave the building if there is a real fire during the repairing system.

Once the system is repaired, the staff must alert to the fire bell and follow the usual procedure to get out quickly from the building.

The fire alarm goes off when no-one has triggered the alarm system and when there's no fire.

REPAIR WORK
Between 1400 and 1600, Southern Security will be repairing and running several tests on the fire alarm system.

Staffs should ignore the security staffs while work is in progress.
If there's a real fire during this time, our staffs will notify everyone to evacuate the building.
After the system is repaired, the usual procedure for a real fire will be back to normal.

On Thursday, 3rd August 2018, there will be a technical repair on the fire alarm.

The time of repair will be from 2:00pm - 4:00pm

During that time, the fire alarm will ring multiple time, PLEASE BE INFORM those are ONLY FALSE ALARM and please ignore it.

Pleased be informed that the fire alarm system in the offices of Link Services are currently malfunctioning. The fire bell has sounded when no-one has touched any part of it and when there has not been a fire.

Therefore, all staff should ignore the fire bell while the security staff are repairing the system on next Thursday at 1400 for about 2 hours.

However, if there is a real fire during this time, one of our staff will spread the message to each office and tell to people to leave the building.
