Throughout the Bibe, God has proven to always love and provide for his people even when they didn’t deserve it. The biggest and most important time of redemption was when God offered his one and only son as a living sacrifice. 

For human beings, redemption implies salvation. Christian salvation is victory in Jesus, spiritual wellness, and the gift of eternal life.

I think the Bible provides specific examples of when God used effective management and discipline strategies for his people. God gave his people free will to make their own choices while also having a designed management and disciplinary strategy.

I think that as teachers we can learn and implement management strategies that God has personally used in how he managed his people. For example, as teachers we can model our classroom management strategies and discipline with using the fruits of spirit (love, joy, generosity, gentleness, and self-control).
