Personally I did not really prep very much. When I go back and take the ACT next year I will most likely work on an ACT prep booklet, take a prep class, sleep the night before and actually pay attention in my classes. I know for sure that I will sleep a lot more and try to focus more on the ACT rather than other activities that are to come in hours prior.

I took the ACT Prep Class that was offered at school, and I prepared for the ACT by scanning over those helpful tips in the booklet. On the ACT website, there is a question of the day and I tried to answer that question every day. I got to bed pretty early the night before, also. The week before the ACT test, I start to scan over some trigonometry notes because there is a lot of trig on the test. I hope someday, I can become a pilot and get a good ACT score just like Laura. #rolemodel #lit #ballislife

I also took several math and English classes throughout high school, and tried to look through my old notes leading up to the test. I also gave myself plenty of time the morning of the test to eat a good breakfast.

Zach, Mattea and I met up and we kind of went through the questions on the science portion while eating a lot of taco dip. At first, we were serious about it and eventually we started getting competitive about the questions we answered correctly and it became a game. The morning of the ACT, we counted our pencils on the way to Sabetha, turns out you cant use a mechanical pencil.

Some advice, don't let your friends tempt you do other stuff to distract you from preparing for the ACT. I didn't prepare for the ACT, but if anything go and do some research over some different subjects. Be reasonable for now preparing (Don't get distracted.) I said that twice because that's important. Keep your mind on what you think will be on the ACT and focus on studying.

I'll be honest, I didn't study for the ACT at all. Despite not studying I ended up doing alright, but I could have done even better if I took the practice tests. I figured I know enough information not to get a bad score, but if you wanna get better, at least practice the topics of the test prep that you don't know. For example, if you aren't good at science, study science. If you think you know enough about the math, don't study the math. The only way I prepped was bringing multiple pencils, bringing snacks, having a good breakfast, and a good night of sleep and you're good to go.

Honestly, the ACT is the worst test that you will ever take in your life. I took a prep class two weeks before the ACT and that class really helped. However, the night before the test, I had a softball game and stayed up really late that night. I would not recommend this because the test is at 8 a.m. at Sabetha and is a four hour test. I hope this information can help you succeed when you take your ACT.

When I am going to take the ACT, I would make sure that I go to bed early the night before. Studying is important, so I would definitely study beforehand. The morning of the ACT, I would make sure I got a good, wholesome breakfast and made sure I had a few pencils and a charged calculator.

When I went to take my first ACT, I planned on going to bed early the night before. The next thing I know it was eleven at night, so that plan went out the window. I also planned to study a little bit each night the week prior to the test, but that didn't happen either. If you're planning on taking the ACT I advise lots of sleep and actually studying before you take this test!

I took the ACT three times and yes it sucks. If you want to make it to college, you' re going to have to take it. My advice to you if you want to get a good grade is to study. I've taken a prep course once and learned some different test taking strategies. Then I never studied for the rest of the time. I still came prepare to take the test well rested and refreshed. Just make sure you study and come prepared.

I have taken the ACT 3 times now, but I have yet studied very much. Besides from taking the ACT prep class at our school. But, each time I come well prepared with 5 or 6 sharpened pencils, and a snack for the break. I signed up for the June ACT so I would not have an excuse to not study.

The first thing I did before the ACT was take an ACT prep class. This class taught me some strategies on how to study for the ACT and how to answer certain questions on the ACT. I strongly recommend taking this class even though it was 38 dollars. I promise you, it's worth the money.

I have only taken the ACT once so far. I did not study for this because I just wanted to see where I was at. I plan to take it again and study a little each day before the test. I would recommend a good night's sleep the night before along with a good healthy breakfast the morning before you take it.

To prepare myself for the ACT, I made sure to have plenty of pencils, a snack, and chocolate. I took the ACT prep class offered at school. I also tried to do some studying the night before, but I was too nervous to concentrate. I told myself I would go to sleep on time to get up early and eat breakfast, but of course none of that happened. So if you take the ACT, don't do it on an empty stomach and little sleep.

When I took the ACT I thought that I would just wing it. I just wanted to see my average score before I spent a lot of time studying just incase I was actually a natural born genius. I still haven't taken another test, but I'm sure that if I studied it would help improve my score. I would recommend just taking a test first to see where you are at and then go from there.

I met with Mitchell and Alex there and we all drove together to the ACT. This made us all prepared because we talked about test taking skills on the way there. I also studied the night before and had my mind ready to take the test.
