I utilized the projects that all of the children in Years 2 through 7 created as resources, and the projects were all great.

Targets achieved:
The majority of students in Years 5, 6, and 7 Arabic B are able to type in Arabic using a keyboard, 
They may create a PowerPoint from scratch, modify it with graphics and phrases, record their words in Arabic, export it as an MP4 video file, and publish it to Seesaw all within the span of forty-five minutes.

Self Appraisal:
1- I am always eager to collaborate with others in my field and learn from them.

2- I make sure I am open to discussions and approachable if my colleagues need my assistance I share with my colleagues my experience with KHDA and how to work within the scheme of KHDA requirements, I shared with the department how to export PowerPoint to mp4 video
3- I continually share relevant information and updates with my colleagues and managers to keep them in the loop of major and minor developments and to stay on the same page.
4- With my cordial communication skills, I possess the ability to build good relationships with my team members and members outside of it.
I had MFL teachers observe my lessons and vice versa, we learned from each other strengths and weaknesses.
