HABIT 1: Be Proactive
Organisations can be proactive when mitigating or eliminating risks. Find the risk before it happens and manage it appropriately instead of waiting for the unexpected and being reactive.
HABIT 5: Seek first to understand, then to be understood.
Understand consumer behaviour and what drives them first. "People dont buy WHAT you do they buy WHY you do it." Understand consumer drive, tailor the product to meet that need, and the customer will be more likely to respond to your product because they understand what you are trying to do.

Habit 1: Be Proactive
This could be incorporated into an organisation by ensuring that people go the extra mile, making a phone call or sending an email to ensure that a task is done on time and correctly leaving no room for confusion.
Habit 2: Begin with the end in mind
Create solid goals that are understand by all persons involved in the organisation. Give employees a clear vision of what the end result will be and point out step by step the tasks that will be required to achieve this along the way. Could involve the use of checklists, incentives and reminders.

A couple of habits that an organisation might use is being proactive and begin with the end in mind. By being proactive the business can prevent things from going wrong before the happen. This is especially helpful in the health and safety aspect.
By beginning with the end in mind companies can see where they want to be and this helps set the vision.

I have an experiences while working in a food factory that the workers can see it was being very ineffective. The factory hired a very high paid production adviser who would be working with the factory trying to make production run smoother. One of this first day, he spend almost of shift talking with each worker in each area of production. Asking question like, what is slowing you down and how can we make it better?. the next weeks, he implemented a lot of the thing we were talking about for years just by listing to what the workers had to said about the production process he quickly learn where was the bottleneck and propose and implemented many of the workers ideas.
