start of session ......
I introduced what we would be covering on today session for 10mins
the objective was understood clearly as oral questioning to gage their understanding.

*working in group exercise ,three groups of four students , I instructed students research what fantasy means , to stretch the imagine research as many fantasy 2 minute timed activity .

* introduced my inspiration of fantasy  from a different eras , motivate through power point present and video from YouTube, talked through students finding of research about fantasy, student presenting their findings back.

*the students loved the groups activity and a buzz came out within the activity when presenting finding back , the groups became competitive to how many characters they had researched , the students confidently delivered their finding with confidence.

*competition time,  I then instructed student to work as a team and come up with overall make up look with 1hour 30mins , writing a short story about their characters to show their research skills , also embedding grammar .

*the students working under rules and guidelines of  competition , I told them it will be judge under judge rules and from 3 outsiders judges scoring points on ,time management , technique, health and safety workspace hygiene, ,visual impact , 5 points awarded for each 20 points overall.

*the student began their look , working very effectively and as a unit team. communication skills was flowing , working together was developing team building .

*the competition was judged ,the winning groups was group 2
