I usually have eggs with coffe and bread for breakfast, other times I cook broth. For lunch I usually eat chicken or meat or pasta, rice and salad and sometimes soups. I don't like fish and seafood in general, bur I really like vegetables and my favorite food is pasta. For dinner, on weekends I eat the same as lunch or prepare something light, but on weekends, I almost always eat fast food. I consider that from my eating habits I could improve by stopping eating fast food on weekends and eating it maybe on a month.
