Hi ! My name is Mimi Nur Najwa Binti Meli and I come from Dungun, Terengganu. Based on the question about one thing I want to learn for the next 3 month is STUDY. Yes! Particularly I am student with honor degree so, I must study to complete my degree. That can help me to build the better career in future. I guess. However, I want to emphasize here, STUDY not just reading the book, because it will be boring with someone who not really interesting for reading. Therefore, study is a single word but come with big meaning that's included study to learn something new, study to gain knowledge, study from someone with good behavior, study to gain more and improve our mentality and so on. There is all can improve our skill, our behavior, then help build our personality. That's are what I want to learn.

self-awareness

"Self-awareness is the ability to focus on yourself and how your actions, thoughts, or emotions do or don't align with your internal standards. If you're highly self-aware, you can objectively evaluate yourself, manage your emotions, align your behavior with your values, and understand correctly how others perceive you."

Put simply, those who are highly self-aware can interpret their actions, feelings, and thoughts objectively.

It’s a rare skill, as many of us spiral into emotion-driven interpretations of our circumstances. Developing self-awareness is important because it allows leaders to assess their growth and effectiveness and change course when necessary.

There are two type of self-awareness:

Public self-awareness: Being aware of how we can appear to others. Because of this consciousness, we are more likely to adhere to social norms and behave in ways that are socially acceptable.

While there are benefits to this type of awareness, there is also the danger of tipping into self-consciousness. Those who are especially high in this trait may spend too much time worrying about what others think of them.

Private self-awareness: Being able to notice and reflect on one’s internal state. Those who have private self-awareness are introspective, approaching their feelings and reactions with curiosity.

For example, you may notice yourself tensing up as you are preparing for an important meeting. Noticing the physical sensations and correctly attributing them to your anxiety about the meeting would be an example of private self-awareness.

When self-awareness tips into self-consciousness, we are reluctant to share certain aspects of ourselves. We develop a person that lacks authenticity.

The name of the video - One of the Greatest Speeches Ever | Steve Jobs

Link of the video - https://youtu.be/Tuw8hxrFBH8

The name of the speaker - Steve Jobs

Speaker's experience/qualifications - Owner of Apple company

This video tells the story of the life journey of the successful and well-known Steve Jobs. There are 3 story in this video. first story is about connecting the dot. Seconds story is about love and loss and third story about death. This all 3 story was connected with one person which is Steve Jobs. He had successfully entered college but the subject he took was not interested and caused him to drop that subject. Then he looked for something that was able to interest him, namely learning typography, which was very popular at that time. After 10 years he created a computer that has a beautiful typography which caused the company window to imitate him and he stated that he had never regretted what he did. Seconds story he do love his jobs but he loss it because he was fired by his own company. Third story id death. Everyone will feel the death but we still have to move on in order to be successful. That what video discussed.

This video was valuable for me because the first thing you should find the things you do are not bad and you must be interested in them so that you don't regret them later. Don't ever give up on what we want, go on dreaming big, take action right away and I believe we'll get it. Don't stop until and unless you get what you deserve . Focusing on every moment on every situation to be both happy and successful simultaneously is the best part that I understood from this visionary man.
