One difference between the two events is that in Nat Turner’s Rebellion, 55 people were killed, but in the Harpers Ferry Raid, no one was killed as a result of the attack. A similarity of the two were that all attackers and leaders of the revolts and raids were captured and killed. A difference of the two events was that the Harpers Ferry Raid was led by a white abolitionist, whereas the Nat Turner Revolt was led by an African-American slave, Nat Turner.
