I'm studying Lead WW and I am most excited about the Preparation for Wit and Wisdom section. All of the information before is super important, but without leaders providing the time, space, structures, and tools for the appropriate intellection prep, implementation isn't going to happen well and/or consistently.

As I think of new partners, I believe these sections will be the most impactful for Leaders. They have to keep in mind where they currently are and where they want to go as they think through implementation and the way to do that is through both of these sections.

I am studying A&L Lead and I think my A&L partners will align best with "Knowing the Curriculum", "Know the Teachers" and "Supportive Effective Implementation". As Leaders they are learning alongside of their teachers a brand new curriculum. Handout 8 will help them identify the areas of growth/shifts and how they can support their teachers with adopting a new curriculum.

This is a great entry point and foundation to the year long support they can engage in from an SL.
