         <title>Yes, because clouds can reflect solar radiation and can take in heat that was put forth from the ground. Thick clouds can block solar rays from going down in our atmosphere which can effect the heating of the surface of earth. Clouds will also keep heat in the atmosphere at night so the surface is warmer than on a clear night.</title>
