         <description><![CDATA[<div>Identifying the extent to which a situation is clear or consistent appears rather arbitrary in a practical sense. That is to say it is unlikely for every situation to be clear cut and easy for managers to truly determine if a given situation is strong or weak. <br><br>Furthermore, it might be possible for different employees within the workplace to experience a given situation differently. One may see their tasks as clear and unambiguous but another may read more deeply in possibly the nuances of their tasks, resulting in a totally different interpretation of the situational strength. <br><br>As such, wouldn't it be difficult to truly determine the situational strength in practice? Are there inventories or data-driven methodologies that we can adopt to measure the situational factor quantitatively? </div>]]></description>
