In the industry I work in everything has to be correct. All client information needs to be 100% right as it all goes to ACC and other medical agencies. There is no shortcutting to make this more efficient.

We need staff to be efficient and keep their appointments to time. I also need to be efficient in payroll, billing and end of month procedures
