This training gave me a clear perspective on gender discussions, and how to see everything around us with this lens. Gender framework session for me came out as the key takeaway, which will help us design and implement of the works we do with gender inclusive approach.

Feedback:
Though this was said that we are discussing the gender, and not the women, somewhere I felt the discussions getting polarized. Even in the post tests, questions were largely relating to women only. Also, as a humble submission- sessions were quite stretched, and went beyond the grasping capacity of participants.
