Established v. non-established

1. Established: Client who has a deposit account with KeyBank from whom the bank has on file their name, address and taxpayer ID Number. Depository accounts (savings, deposits or CD). HSA is considered an “established” client.
NON-established – client does not have an acceptable deposit account with Keybank OR someone who does not have any relationships with Keybank. If you ONLY have a client, you are a “non established” client. We do have a relationship with you, however, it is not a depository account.

2. Credit card = Non-established, Loan with Key, NO.

3. You are considered an established account immediately after you open and establish a depository account. There is NOT a time period we must wait before we are considered established.
