Which is funny that Drake stayed there as-well after I was there later in the summer. Cinq on Cinq is a private beach club/ restaurant on the water where they have great food and music where all of vistors visit on their summer trips through the Mediterranean. The title even has a close meaning to me because I've always enjoyed boating across the Mediterranean to all the coastal countries.

I love the background singing that is in this paragraph, it's so melodic and speaks to me. I also love how in the song he talks about god being a person or specific events or actions in his life. This part of the lyrics tells that stronger people will keep going, and the lights on towers are the good times being seen, from far away. It is encouraging to me although it does feel sad, he is saying to keep going. I love this type of folk country, Zach Bryan, Noah Khan, etc. because they have a way of using words and melody to spark such high feelings and tell stories within their songs.

He also talks about the sacrifices he has had to make, in particular, being on the road touring. Coming from Memphis, he grew up with a brother he looked up to in 36 Mafia. He takes inspiration from his brother and the group and uses a similar style of lyrics. For me, this is relatable because instead of starting broke and then prospering with money, I was not the most athletic. I eventually got to the point where I became a decent athlete. Despite him having much more significant struggles than me, it gives me a sense of hope.
