My name is Fabián, and I will tell us a few things about myself. I am from La Cruz (Nariño) but currently I live in Pasto, I have lived here for 10 years, I am a nursing assistant and health administration assistant at Emssanar EPS, I am single and I don’t have children, I am 27 years old, I study Health Administration at UNAD, also, my hobbies are rest in my bed, watch movies with my best friend, go to eat, go to walk, swimming and my favorite, listen to all kind of music. 

RESIDENCE 

 

As I said before, I am from La Cruz (Nariño) but now, I live in Pasto, in the Obrero neighborhood. In this city, I like the Unicentro shopping center because this is a big place to buy things, clothes, to walk and talk with my family and my friends. There is a cinema, places to eat, in short, in this mall you can do all king of things. In my house, I live with my best friend Jhon, my house is big, has one floor, it has many rooms which are leased, I feel so happy living in this house, I feel like family. 

ROUTINE 

 

My days are like this: I get up at 6 am, I eat breakfast at 6:30am, I drink a couple of coffee, a fried egg and a piece of bread, then, I walk to work at 6:45am, the morning work shift runs from 7am to 12pm, therefore, I have lunch at 12:15pm, My diet is varied, I eat meat in all its presentations, chicken, tuna, eggs in its presentations as well, grains such as lentils, peas, salads sometimes and juice from different fruits, rest a bit, the afternoon work shift runs from 1:30pm to 5pm, I go back home at 5:30pm, After my work, I usually rest in bed from 6 to 7pm, I eat dinner at 7pm, At dinner it is the same situation as at lunch, meat, chicken, tuna, eggs, etc., after this, I review university affairs from 8pm to 10 or 11pm, depends on obligations, and finally, I go to bed at 11pm. 

During my weekends, I usually work Saturday mornings, and then, I rest in my bed, watch movies, series, alone or with my best friend, some weekend, I go out with my workmates to eat and talk, dance, etc. 

I constantly study English, listening to music in English, talking with some classmates, learning verbs, grammar in general.
