1. Disease- although the Aztec could've cured the disease, they would've need better technology to find a cure.
2. Weapon (or armour)- Although the Inca and Aztec had strong armies that didn't have weapons that would last long and they used stone/wood weapons so it was a weaker tool than iron/steel tools. Not only did the Spanish (conquerers) have better weapon, but they also had gunpowder which lead them to have canons and guns, which were better than clubs.
3. Prophecy- Because the Aztecs also had a religion, and there was a prophecy that a god(?) would appear , so the leader decided to show the Spanish leader their city, which gave him more advantage to attack/ambush.

1. Technology/Weapons - these weapons like guns, horses, canons overpowered the inca and aztec's weapons. They did not even know about steel when they got there.
2. Disease - The infection of the disease decrease the aztec population critically and made them weak for an ultimate attack.
3. Religion - They had a big belief that the god was on their side and were eager to attack and also the inca leader threw the bible to the ground and were mad at the Incan people.

1. Disease - The Spanish brought the disease with out knowing to both Inca and Aztec and this had a big affect on the population of those two areas. 
2. Weapons (Animals for this too) - The Spanish had way superior weapons than Inca/Aztec which those two have never seen. Also, they weren't introduces to animals that were capable for transportation during war. 
3. Religion - The Aztecs thought the Spanish were gods, so it made it easier for the Spanish to attack and enter the Aztecs.

The Spanish had weaponry such as guns and gunpowder. The Incas/Aztecs were never exposed to these kind of modern weapons, therefore they were easily conquered. Even the most basic weapons like swords or crossbows gave the spaniards a huge asset. 

2. Disease
Without noticing, the spaniards left diseases such as smallpox, measles, and etc. These deadly diseases left the Incas/Aztecs with a terror they had never faced before. These diseases diminished the Inca/Aztec population by 90 percent. I believe that this was the crux of destruction of the Aztec/Inca

1. Disease - Disease was brought upon the Inca/Aztec and caught them by surprise. They couldn't cure it.
2. Weapons - The Spanish has many great working weapons and used them against people who had limited sources of weaponry.
3. The element of surprise and leadership- The Inca did not fight back because they were shocked and did not have a reason to fight. The worried about their leader and just let them kill them as long as their leader was okay.
