A good example of another group that has done this idea and very well is China, they have almost completely gotten rid of the issue of homeless, how? AFFORDABLE HOSUING AND SOCIAL PROJECTS. simply giving people a safe place to live, the only problem with their housing is that the houses/housing is made from cheap materials, way we can fix that is by using better materials with more funding. Another way to fix it is to make it avaliable to everyone, not everyone in china gets the option of housing, the way we can fix that is by building more and having priority lists, i.e people with families get housing first before individuals

and of course we need taxpayers to actually pay for it, because god knows we cant just tax the billionaires or take away a little bit of money from our multi-trillion dollar military budget when we're not even in a war.
