To be honest, I am not a fan of AI, but since it is a growing innovation, I believe it is important to welcome and embrace it.

I would also like to thank MaPSA for organizing this wonderful initiative!

The domain that I want to draw into is Governance, Privacy and Infrastructure. This matters to me because most of my role in our school and also DOPPSA are in this domain.

One concern is the adaptive of work and how sufficient are the data gathered from each office and the management. Decision making and data security that can create problem to algorithms

Governance, Privacy, and Infrastructure; Mission and Values Integration.

It is my responsibility to lead them in integrating the right values in the formation of the mind and heart of our learners, the future generation.

I hope that everyone would know how to use the AI wisely and properly, not AI using them.

With the advent of AI, it becomes more difficult to check the originality and real hard work of research. It is akin to cheating. I am hopeful that AI remains a tool that will aid in research, not become the research itself.

Teacher Support & Professional Learning

It matters to me because I believed that professional learning & teacher support can help teachers to be more aggressive and responsive in educational practices. With professional learning as well as training and support teachers can meet the needs of diverse learners

Concern: Become too reliant on AI which will result to lessen their own professional judgment and skills and limit the exchange of ideas and best practices

This domain is of great importance in my current role as HR Assistant. As a member of the human resource department, this domain sets a clear guide on the processes I need to take. One concern that I think might affect this area is the overuse or too much dependence on AI processes which might overcome human decision-making.
