It was tough finding a seat at a lunch table and making friends who already had their own friend groups. In 6th grade you only got to take PE, and that sorta helped with making friends. In 7th grade I knew I wanted to be in athletics the moment I heard about it, and pretty much every other girl did too. That's when I started to make more friends than I already had.

Sports help with keeping our bodies fit and learning how to work out more. I've been doing an ab workout every day for the next 2-5 months so that I can have abbs and look fit. I've also been cutting back on all the sugar that I've been eating which I'm pretty sure is the reason I gained a couple of pounds since the break. In athletics we run a lot and it is important because we get to play in games and get faster (also it's healthy to run more).

Teamwork is a very important a role any person in a team should have. If there is any problems with the people in the team then they might not  win every once in a while, so it is important to also have good relationships with each other to ensure that the teamwork works when you are in an actual game.
