I feel like the 3rd amendment is a little outdated, mostly because this was an amendment that came from the Revolutionary War and no one is housing soldiers in their homes in 2023.

I would maybe want to add an amendment that deals with the division in this country. Something that helps ensure more preservation of the union.

Honestly, yes and no. There are a lot of things that the Constitution protects, but it is not a 100% free pass on every thing. There are limits to the constitution and it is SCOTUS' job to interpret and decide that.
