Mobile:

storage capacity on my mobile is 8.00GB 
my phone is basically out of space / that's if i install one more app then ill reach the limit. 

I have run out of space on my phone once so i had to uninstall a few apps .

On my computer I only ever had one drive run out of space But we have other drives to use while I figure out what to do with the content of the drive that was full.
