The use of satellite navigation is able to pick up an aray of information such as tattoos, facial recognitions, previous criminals and other various modifications. This can be shown through the New York Chief of Intelligence Thomas P.

Body worm cameras/GoPro allow police to document their activity throughout the day, this in turn can serve as evidence for example if an accusation of assault is made against them by a member of the public or anyone else. It also promote legitimacy and accountability by eliminating any and all reasons to be suspicious of police conduct. In this way, body worm cameras can both benefit the police and the justice/judicial system.

However, the limitation of body worm cameras as presented by the Queensland police force is the high cost associated with this piece of equipment. According to Fraser (2015), body worm cameras were an option where a police privately purchased their own cameras. Another issue that arose was the problem of maintenance for both the cameras and footage storage.

http://www.couriermail.com.au/news/queensland/crime-and-justice/gopro-cop-show-stage-set-for-police-body-camera-rollout/news-story/9bd53f6a7d9c9f7680800b4de915437e
