- Word count. In both parts of the BTA paper I have submitted so far, I have gone above double the suggested word count. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but I do want to make sure I am writing concisely. 
- Reducing the time spent on research. I end up reading a lot for each section, which includes going off on tangents and falling down rabbit holes of reading that ultimately are not sources I end up using and so I feel like a lot of my time is wasted. 

Accomplishments:
- I caught a few typos and grammatical errors when proof reading
- I didn't manage to keep the word count down, but I do feel all the points I made were fairly concise

-When using research I need to correctly cite my resources. Not citing them correctly caused my paper to lack evidence. 
-When it comes to how my paper flows, I need to organize my paragraphs better. I have always struggled with writing long paragraphs due to the topic being the same. 
-I need to become more confident in the work I submit. Writing is a weak area for me. The proper format and even the research I struggle to make the connection between the two. 

Accomplishments:
-While writing section 2 I used cite machine and additinal google resources to make sure I cited more sources.
-I made sure I used the book as a source along with internet sources to help provide evidence that supports my reform.
-I also used my worksheet to help with the flow of my paper. The way the questions were set up was what I used as a guideline to the order of my paper. I also read it over slowly before submitting my paper. 
-I also included my word count this go around.

- Finding additional resources to support my argument. 
- Making sure that I am including either page or paragraph numbers within my in-text citations.

Accomplishments:
- I proof read my essay in order to make sure that the content flowed together well and made sense in the order that it was in. 
- I went back and reviewed the first articles that I included within my Introduction essay and used information from these resources to support my argument for Section Two.
- I conducted additional research to add to my argument and support the statements that I was making.

I understand the information I need to include however, I always fear I’m going to have too much evidence and not enough analysis, which leads me to write too little.
- I need to make sure I include the word count for each section as well as organize each section as it’s supposed to be. I have not formatted my paper correctly in the past, I need to include the word count, I couldn’t find it earlier so unfortunately I didn’t write enough.
- I also need to reread my paper to make sure the grammar and the structure of my paper can be easily understood. I tend to glance through my paper rather than closely noticing my errors.

Accomplishments

- I did remember to make sure my writing was within the word count, however when I submitted it, I forgot to include the word count. I resubmitted my essay to include it.
- This time while writing my section, I referenced more sources and included more evidence.
- I also read through what I had written for this due date, although, I still would like to revise some more.

-continue to improve on my APA citations and recheck that they are correct. 
-I need to walk away from my paper for at least an hour after it is finished and then come back and proof the paper.  I tend to catch my mistakes more this way. 
-watch how many sources and supporting text I use as I tend to get wordy sometimes.  When I research, I tend to go down the rabbit holes and want to use all the things that I found to support my position.

Accomplishments: 
I struggled to write this essay. For some reason it did not want to flow like it normally does. I took breaks during the different parts of the paper and then reviewed them. I also did better with my word count and not using all the research that I found.

To work on my writing accomplishments this time I made sure I stayed on topic, I also reread what my essay out loud to make sure I was making sense. I however did have to go back to cite my paper. I'm still trying to learn how to type essays/papers in APA format but overall I think for this paper I did great because I actually stayed on topic, and I feel as if I worded everything well this time.

-  I spent more time on this part, taking notes from my works referenced and breaking up my time while writing it.
