1. Contaminación del aire:
Nos afecta a lo largo de toda la vida, desde que estamos en el vientre materno hasta la muerte.Hay una abundante evidencia científica que subraya la necesidad urgente de mejorar la calidad del aire. El estudios acerca de cómo la polución afecta nuestra salud.Causando algunas de nuestras enfermedades más comunes. Cáncer de pulmón, ictus, enfermedades respiratorias y un largo etcétera.
La contaminación del aire afecta al cerebro de los niños y niñas               
2. Ruido
El tráfico que colapsa la ciudad, las obras en la calle, el camión de la basura, los ruidos domésticos de los vecinos, las terrazas.Las ciudades son sinónimo de ruido. El ruido afecta a la salud hasta tal punto que la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) clasifica el procedente del tráfico como el segundo factor medioambiental más perjudicial en Europa, detrás sólo de la contaminación del aire.
3. Espacios naturales
Los estudios científicos asocian los espacios verdes -parques urbanos, jardines, calles arboladas o bosques, entre otros- a numerosos beneficios para la salud en personas adultas, como la reducción del estrés, el hecho de vivir más años o un mejor estado de salud general y mental.
Aún se desconoce qué características de los espacios naturales son más beneficiosas para la salud de las personas, cuál es el mecanismo que explica esta relación y qué espacios naturales mejoran de manera más notable la salud de las personas.
4. Actividad física
El sedentarismo es un problema de salud pública mundial.Las ciudades deben ser diseñadas para fomentar la actividad física mediante el transporte activo.
Pequeñas  distancias que se puede recorrer en transporte activo con un gran impacto en la salud pública: aumenta la actividad física y se reduce los niveles de contaminación del aire y acústica.
5. Temperatura
La temperatura nocturna puede llegar a ser hasta 10 grados más alta en los entornos urbanos que en los alrededores. Este efecto se conoce como "isla de calor".
La forma geométrica de las ciudades, con grandes edificios y zonas pavimentadas que absorben el calor, o la falta de espacios verdes son algunas de las causas de las islas de calor y las altas temperaturas aumentan la mortalidad, sobre todo por enfermedades cardiovasculares y respiratorias.
6. Conclusiones
A lo largo de este informe digital, hemos visto que las evidencias científicas son claras: la vida urbana actual puede llevar asociados graves impactos negativos en nuestra salud.
