I also learned that you have to put high goals in order to try every day for the better result.
I realized that each piece of the mosaic that i am trying to make is different and needs different eays to fix it in order to be perfect. The same thing happens to people when you try to comnunicate with them. I learned the 6 criteria we need to use to assess the communication competency. I learned that every time we may need to adjust our ways of communicating with the students like each time we create a new mosaic, we think a different strategy of working depending on the size, the tiles we have available, where its going to be placed, what it will represent etc.

I learned that is really important to adapt, be flexible and empathetic in order to succeed a good communication with our students. With the same way we need to be flexible to handle in different ways each piece that compose our mosaic.

The correlation between the communication and the creation of a mosaic is still evident, as the two of them are composed by many different pieces, who may have various or specific needs. 

Every single piece of mosaic is totally different and may have a particular color, shape, sharpness and/or need to be handled in a certain way, in order to be as perfect as it gets and find its own place in the mosaic.

The mosaic pieces can be compared to the students in our classroom or school. Every person is unique and special and needs a different approach, manner and/or technique, in order to find the right path of communication with him. We just have to stop for a while and give time to understand everyone’s needs.

Today I also passed (hope so) the assessment of yesterday's introduction in the art of mosaic.
